Chuck Flink, representing Greenways Inc., presented the proposed Greenville County Greenways Master Plan to the Greenville County Council Committee of the Whole on September 7th.  The Greenville County Recreation District hired Flink, an internationally recognized greenways consultant, in 2009.  His firm had previously completed a master greenways plan for the City of Greenville.  The county-wide plan was financed through a partnership with the Greenville Hospital System as part of their commitment to expanding greenways like the Greenville Hosptital System Swamp Rabbit Trail.
