The TRAC Plan supported the redevelopment of the municipal stadium, former home of the Greenville Braves.  The municipal stadium is adjacent to the Lake Conestee Nature Park, close to I-85, and is in the center of Greenville County.  GCRD will renovate the existing stadium and add 4 Little League baseball fields resulting in an impressive tournament venue capable of hosting local, regional, and national baseball tournaments.  GCRD is working in partnership with the City of Greenville on this project.
