Joey Freeman is the manager at Brutontown Community Center. He was formerly the assistant coordinator at Mt. Pleasant Community Center. Joey brings years of experience to the children and adults at Brutontown. He has worked in recreation in therapeutic settings, churches, and with the YMCA.

 Ms. April Jenkins is a native of Suffolk, Virginia. She relocated to Greenville, SC in June 2006. She has been employed with the Recreation District since June 2007. In August 2009 she became the Assistant Manger for Brutontown Community Center. Ms. April has gained 10 years of experience, while working for Suffolk Parks and Recreation Department. On her spare time, she enjoys cooking out, shopping and spending time with her family.
