Learn To Play Hockey
Try Hockey For Free Clinic
On Saturday, March 13th, 2010, during Carolina Hockey Day, The Pavilion Recreation Complex will be hosting a Try Hockey for Free clinic from 11am to 12pm. The purpose of this event is to get as many new four to eight year olds to sample youth hockey.
“A free trial provides the perfect opportunity to demonstrate that hockey is affordable, unique and convenient. Hockey is a blend of fun and exercise that can’t be beat; the greatest selling point to parents will come with smiling, sweaty kids skating off the ice.” -USA Hockey
This is a great opportunity to try youth hockey with no commitment. Please forward this to anyone you know who may be interested having their child try hockey.

USA Hockey Sanctioned program
USA Hockey Certified Coaches
Session 4 runs from March 1st to April 19th
Sessions are 8 weeks in length
Sessions are Monday nights — 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Introductory Offer:
ALL players that sign up for the first time will receive FREE registration
All players are required to register with USA Hockey ($35 fee)
All players will receive a Jr. Tigers jersey and socks
Loaner equipment packages available (limited supplies available)
The program is available to youth players of all ages and all skill levels
Please register, at the Pavilion, on or before Monday, March 1st, 2010.

Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Session 1: Jan. 4 – Feb. 22
Session 2: Mar. 1 – Apr. 19
Session 3: Apr. 26 – May. 24 (5 Weeks – Pro-Rated Fee)
Session 4: Aug. 16 – Oct. 11
Session 5: Oct. 18 – Dec. 6
FEE: $75 (In-District: $60)
Once the student has completed the course requirements he or she will
be ready to participate in the In-house Hockey Program.
