USA Hockey Sanctioned program
USA Hockey Certified Coaches
Session runs from June 25th to August 13th
Session is 8 weeks in length
Sessions are Monday nights — 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Registration Deadline: Monday, June 25th, 2012
Registration is limited to 55 participants

Introductory Offer:

ALL players that sign up for the first time will receive FREE registration
All players are required to register with USA Hockey ($47 fee)

All players will receive a Jr. Tigers jersey and socks
Loaner equipment packages available (limited supplies available)
The program is available to youth players of all ages and all skill levels

• Stick
• Gloves
• Pants
• Shoulder Pads
• Shin Pads
• Hockey Socks
• Elbow Pads
• Hockey Skates

Session 1:  January 2 – February 20
Session 2:  February 27 – April 16 
Session 3:  April 23 – June 18 (Closed Memorial Day)
Session 4:  June 25 – August 13
Session 5:  August 20 – October 15 (Closed Labor Day)
Session 6:  October 22 – December 10

Fee: $75 (In-District: $60)

Once the student has completed the course requirements he or she will
be ready to participate in the Youth Hockey Association.
