Water Fitness Schedule:
Self-Motivated Exercise: We also have times available for individuals who want to exercise at their own pace. These activities are not instructor-led, and allow you more flexibility with your workout schedule. .
- Monday – Friday 5:30am – 8:00am
- Mondays 7:45pm – 9:00pm
- Wednesdays 6:30pm – 9:00pm
- Some Saturdays 7:00am – 8:30am. Please check a current schedule for availability. .
Designed for individuals who suffer from arthritis, are recovering from injury or illness, or those who have difficulty exercising on land. Class will focus on stretching, range of motion, and light cardio. .
Offered Tuesday – Friday 8:00am
This class is one step up from Arthritis. It is designed for those who are looking for more cardio in their workout. Stretching and range of motion will still be included. .

This class is for individuals looking for cardiovascular exercises with limited impact on joints. Class will focus on walking moves combined with upper body exercises. Great for individuals beginning an exercise program or those looking to vary their workout. .

Deep Water Aerobics
This class offers a vigorous, non-impact workout that takes place in the 50 meter pool and is entirely in deep water. Belts will be provided for flotation. Participants do not need to know how to swim, but must be comfortable in deep water. .
Offered Monday through Friday 10:00am.
Aqua Zumba - NEW!
Join us for a high energy, low-impact shallow water workout with plenty of dancing. This class is like nothing you’ve ever experienced in the water. If you’re looking for a change of pace from your regular exercise routine, give Aqua Zumba a try!
