Things To Know Before You Go:

  • Individuals 48″ and taller can ride the yellow body slide and the blue tube slide.
  • Individuals under 48″ tall can ride the blue tube slide with someone 16 years or older.
  • Individuals 42″ and taller can ride the FlowRider.
  • Individuals 52″ and taller can do stand up surfing on the FlowRider on Sundays.  (Stand up riders must sign waiver and present picture ID the first time.)
  • Swimmers must have proper swim attire.. ie. bathing suits without zippers or buttons.  No gym shorts, cutoffs or blue jean material allowed.
  • Goggles are not allowed on the slides.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park.  Concessions are available.

Discovery Island Water Park supplies free of charge a limited number of ride tubes and USCG approved flotation devices. Other such devices are not permitted in the park.
