The mission and purpose of the event is simple: bring together all aspects of the outdoor community in one place to enjoy and learn from each other. Get Out Greenville 10k & Kid’s Race
10k Time: 9:00am
The rolling 10K course winds its way through the beautiful Conestee Park and features a mix of dirt, gravel and pavement. Get Out Greenville 10k is part of the Greenville Dirt Series trail races.
On Site Race Day Registration Accepted.
Get Out! Greenville Kids 3K Race Time: 10:30am
Kids ages 14 and under (and parents) are invited to join us for a fun 3K (just under 2 miles) trail run through the trails of Lake Conestee Nature Park. Adults are welcome to enter this race as well to escort and encourage their children if desired. Entry in the 10K race this same day means you may accompany your child during the kids race for free, if you wear your 10K number. If you do not enter the 10k, you must enter the 3k with your child. The rolling 3k (2 mile) course winds its way through the beautiful Conestee Park and features a mix of dirt, gravel and pavement.

Ultra 50K & 30K
You will run this ultra inside the beautiful Lake Conestee Nature Park, with stunning views of forests, grasslands, lakes and rivers. There are rolling hills on the course, but overall, it’s pretty flat for elevation. The best news is that you will pass a fully stocked aid station every 5 kilometers, with bathrooms located every 10Ks. You will also come through the finish line every 10Ks, giving you a great chance to access your personal supplies, change clothing or just enjoy the support of family and friends. This is a wonderful course for first time ultra participants.
50k Time: 50K will start at 7:30am inside Lake Conestee Nature Park. Runners will start and finish inside Lake Conestee Nature Park. Runners will run 5 laps of a 10K course. Course will remain open until 2:30pm.
30K will start at 8:00am inside Lake Conestee Nature Park. Runners will start and finish inside Lake Conestee Nature Park. Runners will run 3 laps of a 10K course.
Must Pre-Register Online by October 4 @ Midnight for the 50K/30K Races. No Race Day Registration for 50K/30K Races.

All demos and activities at Get Out Greenville are FREE!
Get outside and into the pool! Two huge pools will be set up in the demo/activity area of the festival to try out stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking all day. Boards will be provided by Confluence Outdoor and instructors will be on hand to show beginners the ropes.
We will have a portable rock climbing wall at the park for you to climb to your heart’s content for free! This is the demo you try, love, and get back in line for more.

The environmental staff of the Nature Park will have a Bird Migration Game for all ages to enjoy. Take a self-guided tour through Lake Conestee Nature Park to explore 20 new educational stations and learn how you can help protect this awesome natural resource here in Greenville. Pleasant Ridge Camp & Retreat Center:
Greenville Rec’s own Pleasant Ridge Camp & Retreat Center located on Highway 11 is home to Camp Spearhead, a residential summer camp for persons with special needs, as well as several other camps and initiatives that get children and adults outside and in tune with outdoor activities. The City of Greenville Parks and Recreation Department provides a mobile recreation vehicle designed to increase opportunities for youth to participate in safe, quality, structured play and recreation in areas where services are not available.
