Games will begin at 8:30am each day.
No games will be scheduled to start past 9:00pm each day. However, it is possible that delays occur, pushing games to start later than 9:00pm. Teams should be prepared to play any time during the day. Schedule will be released 10 days prior to event.
2.5-3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Athletes must self rate prior to registration; the tournament and its staff will not rate players.
Unsure of your skill level? Refer to this Pickleball Skill Level self-assessment sheet. Or, ask an experienced player for their assessment of your skill level.
Teams must also play in the division of the highest skill level of their two-person team. Teams must play in the age division of the youngest partner. Player age divisions are calculated based on a player’s age as of December 31, 2022
Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions based on registration.
Format for Fall 2022 will be Round Robin
(5 games/team guaranteed) + medal round matchplay for qualifying teams.
$45 for 1 event
$55 for 2 events

Registration opens August 1, 2022 and closes once the daily cap has been reached (110 teams/day) or on October 7, whichever comes first.

Barring injury, sickness, or other unforeseen emergency circumstances, changes to a team’s registration will not be accepted after Friday, Oct 7.
If you registered for 1 division and are cancelling or are registered for 2 divisions and are cancelling both, a refund will be issued minus a $15 administrative fee. If you registered for 2 divisions and are cancelling 1 division, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued after the October 7 change & cancellation deadline
If inclement weather jeopardizes athlete safety or creates a situation where court conditions are deemed by tournament management as unsafe, tournament games will be rescheduled to Sunday, October 30 where possible. If other games have already been rescheduled for Sunday, additional missed games will be canceled and participants refunded.
Participants who forfeit or no-show for a rescheduled match are not eligible for a refund.

Athletes are required to list a partner during time of registration. If you are looking for a partner, sign up for a free account & post to the Greenville County Rec IM Leagues free agency board. Or, add a post on the Upstate Pickleball Facebook group.
