The Special Olympics program offers training and competition in 15 different sports. . . .Two full time Recreation District staffers direct these programs with help from hundreds of community volunteers. Want to volunteer? Complete the Volunteer Application Form and return it to the SOG office. No sport knowledge is 
needed, just a desire to serve. . Special Olympics Volunteer Form . Want to participate? Have a medical doctor complete the Medical Form and return it to the SOG office. Athletes must by 8 years of age or older to participate. . Athlete Medical Form . Athlete Release Form
