Greenville County Rec created Piedmont Athletic Complex on the site of the former Woodmont High School. With two baseball/softball diamonds rectangular, multi-purpose fields, and more than 400 parking spaces, “Piedmont” offers a spacious atmosphere that is great for any soccer, rugby, football, ultimate or lacrosse tournament. Since opening, Piedmont has successfully hosted the 2013 and 2014 Greenville Games-Crossfit Reaction.
The park features a .25 mile walking trail.
The County’s first remote-controlled car track was built on-site in 2013. The facility is nestled in southern Greenville County, 8.5 miles from I-85 and 14 miles from I-385.
